Here is a short exercise to increase your flexibility with a certain Ericksonian technique. Erickson used to differences between the consciousness and the unconscious mind. Then he could be a problem in the knowledge and the solution into the unconscious as a framework.
Then he would help them extract an unconscious resource to help solve the problem. But before we get there, it is good, the ability to make to win the difference in their minds between conscious and unconscious.
Step 1: Make differences between conscious and the unconscious mind. Just take the first word or phrase pairs and it the consciousness attribute. Then you take up the second word or phrase, the pairing and it attributes the unconscious mind.
hears, understands
Sore / selects
May or may not understand / respond
relaxed / feels
not necessarily aware of… / learn
thinks / experience
Example: “consciousness hears and understands the unconscious mind.”
Come with your own word or phrase mating, that make sense for you. Will get you where you can go to these distinctions to for a few minutes with without thinking about it. Have fun!

The other day, I met a man in the jacuzzi. He had stopped smoking 40 years ago and had no cigarette since. Want to know his secret? Would you know how that his secret with your smoking stop customers can help you?
The first, which he spoke was, made a decision as he, and he was not too, that back-no no matter what! He decided to quit smoking. He made it a promise to himself. Too many people put the responsibility for their actions elsewhere. If you smoke (or not to exercise, or do to you something, that you have not decided that do), the responsibility lies with you.
Yes, we all have done it. Me too. But for the future, responsibility means that you accept responsibility for what is in the control. If you choose not to smoke, and then smoke, you are responsible. No one, or otherwise. Who controls the arm, the lifts the cigarette to the lips? You control your arm, don’t you? Lift your arm to the cigarette? Nr has your arm the nicotine life up? Nr has genetics, or your uncle, stress from? No.
But this guy made decision. His decision was that no matter what he would not again-ever smoking. His decision was he smoking would not, unless it was really hard. His decision was not that he, if he wanted a cigarette to smoke would not. His decisions was that no matter what he would not again-ever smoking. And he took over the responsibility that it was up to him.
It happened in 5 seconds? No, I lied. It was faster. It happened in an instant. Everything that follows was secondary to this decision. Explains how we later can bring our customers of this type of commitment.
Just before he had stopped smoking, tried the Lord in the jacuzzi a technique, which he had heard. It was a program where people were forced to smoke several cigarettes in a row. He tried it and joined by a few cigarettes before he realized how bad it sucked, forced, to smoke.
Every time, if he wanted a cigarette, he remembered this feeling!
In other words, he anchored (attached), that bad feeling on the idea of smoking. After a while a smoke have led automatically a bad feeling but.
Let us follow his example, shall we?
(1) Have your customers an irrevocable decision smokers to quit.
We have all had taken an irreversible decision. Find the times when your customers have experienced, and close the same feeling on the idea that those who give up smoking. If you know Submodalitaten and mapping, you can do it this way. You do with this. You do this by you propose it directly in hypnosis. However do to do it!
(2) Add bad feelings of the idea of smoking.
Now, as master of NLP & hypnosis, we should be able, to do as himself a little better. From what I can say was his strategy all mental steps through, which he used to go through to create the desire for a cigarette, and then run the negative feeling. It would be helpful annexes this feeling a little earlier in the process so that he has a cigarette first does not. So, if know, strategy survey and installation, the smoking strategy find out and screws you it on this way.
It is also a good idea, that bad feeling immediately the thought change to a positive feeling connected, have to do something else. Somewhat healthier.

Vogt Deepener

A Deepener is a process to deepen trance. Can the Vogt Deepener (it’s a nice) is, or you can customize the concepts is a Deepener for the customer, based on their responses on your induction. The basic idea is that a deepening proposal. You bind the client to some keyword deeper. Take advantage of the best Deepeners gives us and answers that naturally occur during trance to enhance the benefits of this trance.

Frame

A frame can be considered as a way of viewing the world (often in a certain context). Frames are powered by beliefs or constellations of beliefs. We use our frames to move the mind and the world. Our frames to control how we interpret information and how we feel about what happened.
You can control what resources we have available and resourceful as we respond.
For example, someone would have a “poverty awareness” about the possibility of a job. Through this framework, the person may feel defeated try job hunting may not so thoroughly in their job search, because “no good jobs there anyway are”, and may be no confidence in an interview.
Another person a job search ‘ I’m looking for a job who think needs ‘ system catalog view lens. You have a “I need just a job” – attitude. To them it can be, as a whole less material are how many jobs available.
A frame can be more covers than positive thinking. A woman, the one that “All men are pigs” frame, look at the glass as half-full could lead they think “at least I need much bacon.”
A woman, the a “there are good people and not so good men” may be an optimist and think, “I will make sure that I think that one of the good!”
And a woman who is a view that all people are wonderful could no attacker so bad at all.
We have great images (life is good) and small scale (high school basketball is more interesting than per ball). The major influence (of course) wide swaths of our lives.
It is useful to examine whether they are the best images for us our frames from time to time and question. A measure are we the results of experience we want? If this is not the case, we should change our frame.
During the most view beliefs as facts if you think it is probably not true. To the believe in the tooth fairy, right? Beliefs in the course of time to change. I may use them on their, think instead of their truthfulness.
Accuracy has its place, of course. The exact model of the world that you have, the better you understand how things work and that you can get things done!
It is a good idea to check the results, that you always in the most important areas of your life; spiritual, financial / career, health and relationships. Ask yourself, you are getting the results you want? If this is not the case, you think someone will do, as you would like to do. Check their images in this context.

It’s an old saying that goes something like, “you have a goal in mind, someone else for you is set.” It is true. How often have you bought something, you rarely used? How many relationships have you entered, which, as you thought back on what you wanted? How many times have you asked how you ended up where you are?
Many of these can be refer not with set goals and/or not back on them.
If you have set a target in a specific area, you can much more susceptible to external influences. This depends on a lot of advertising. Let us face it – you make everything sound like it the coolest what is in the world.
It reminds me of a friend of mine who has a lot of knick-knack to his place. If he is in a store and he sees something he likes he mentally it is somewhere on a shelf or table in his house, he mentally his bank balance checks and if there is enough in the Bank, he buys it.
What’s missing? Check with his larger goals! While with a target may find a cool place he meets what about his other goals? In particular, which consider its financial goals?
What if some of my friend to set financial goals? Wanted to do what, when he build a secure financial future and saw a certain savings in dollars, which would for him? And what if he knew is like that (pardon the pun) in terms of service, what he broke every year to reach, that must do?
In this case could he see the cool stuff in the store, and questions are, “How is buying this fit in my financial goals?” My guess is that it’s not. The target could serve as a beacon in its decision-making.
If this sounds boring and not really fun there will not be. If you your unconscious mind good instructions feed, yes most of this filtering for you. You have not even think about. Then, you get automatically excited and motivated, when they are displayed things with your goals. And decisions happen easily because we integrated a lamp for your decisions.
Affirmations are good. Self hypnosis is good. The new behavior generator is good. How to set goals with NLP is good. Even just thinking about what it is that you want in the most important areas of your life and write down it can be really effective! I would suggest these categories to a minimum…
How to make “Bad” people go away

“I was talking with a good friend the other day.” He has a theory about how you attract people in your life. “His theory is that everything that comes in your life some a reflection of the aspect of you.”
I found it very useful to act as if this is true. Why? Now, figure I, if someone me error, they really make me a aspect that show me, which I do not like. The universe is us back to us.
I know. It is a bummer. Plus, it may be not true. But this idea has good results in my life had. A negative emotions that gets triggered by someone does this, because you have that trigger. You are a reflection of the part of you. Their function, their relationship to you, is this aspect of you show.
This is least it seems like a good idea to me, take care of unpleasant emotions, the in your life. Think of it on this way…
One of the ways that things categorized the spirit’s emotions. It seems more emotion, that are included in a context, the more important on the mind. So, really gets your mother-in-law on the nerves, it is important!
Wouldn’t it be nice if you were not important things that were not so beautiful? Do as you do this we? We fix them in ourselves.
If you fix these negative emotions in yourself, emotions can be raised to these people, not more. You are then less important and generally drop your radar. Even if they are still there, do not they will be not so important. You see, relations are systems. When an element of a system changes (that you respond to them, for example), the relationship changes.

We do sometimes hypnotists to strengthen so-called ego. To strengthen the ego, we have a client leader’s past achievements and feel good about it. Then, we can those good feelings of the client current life either in a general way bind, “… and the sounds of the day, remember these achievements”, or to a particular context “If you see that your boss you automatically have memories of past achievements and the good feelings, to go with them.”
The idea is, people who respond to their environment based on their feelings. In general sense can better more resourceful. We use good feelings from the past and include, where they very useful. I think this is good.
So there are two basic goals-to help of clients (or us) feel better and you/us a better performance.
I’m good for me. All in all, even if performance is in a certain context, no matter how I feel, I would feel rather good as bad. And feeling is good a valid therapeutic results. But what is if you want to achieve more? Boost self-esteem in general one good approach? Maybe not.

If you want you can do your own research. Me indicates that the extensive resources, dedicated to raising are largely wasted self-esteem in our school system to increase to any kind of performance. You do it is not right or it (IMO) do not work! And the details of schools could apply to other contexts.
Read some of these studies gave me some ideas. I started to step at a time when I felt that I was in a high status. Time, I felt a sense of the Championship. For me, it seemed at that time, I do not refer any sense of self-esteem. In fact, ever thought about me were few and far between. If I thought about myself, it was performance-but in a mostly related to my emotional judgmental way evaluate. It was more that I was doing, where I was and adjustments to make it better.
In my experience when I was in a ‘,’ top state am, the ego disappears. Self-esteem is no consideration.
Recently, I asked a group of 25 people, mentally re time, if they feel believed the Championship. About half reported that I experienced something similar, what something; They had relatively little reference to their sense of value of the task. Their self-esteem with reference to the task point half. Interesting.
Of course, it is quite possible that some of us were unaware, attached like the task of our self-esteem. Also, a feeling of self-esteem also important in another part of the process would have; before we the task, for example. For months the song by Elton John Philadelphia freedom it through my head, and I, did not know why.
There are these violins in the opening of the song… “Dee Dee Dee-Dee-Dee-Dee, Dee-Dee.” Often, I would find this little ditty in my mind in the course of the morning.
This reminds of how we ideas in people’s minds without knowing it, it plants can. I use it resources in clients, avoiding any conscious resistance cause.
Primer is when momentum is shown and subsequent response affects a person. As an example if you the list of words of Wolf and pet cat someone, and then they ask to think with ‘Log’, rhymes are they one word answer “Dog.” A Wolf might someone a dog remember, the word CAT is often together with the word dog and a dog is a common pet. Gets the list of words with other words, the spirit dog can ready.
Primer works largely unconsciously and can take a long time. From wikipedia…

I believe that the primer in part explains why ambiguity techniques work. As therapists, we say “The ability to see your unconscious” We also say “You unconscious, take the chance.” (Especially if you get the wording perfect). Hear both the spirit and is prepared due to the effects of priming, which accepts messages or even believe that the ideas were of their own minds.
One way to think primer is as an allusion to something. How many ways can you think to point to something? You can think of things in the same category (Wolf/dog). You can phonetic ambiguity (heel / heal) present. You can think words, the rhyme (cure/feeling/real). You can think of things that you in the same place. The list of possibilities goes on…
Primer is particularly useful for people who don’t like how to get there or what to do to Orient. It helps you to introduce an idea in the secret. Their unconscious takes the idea, it’s as if they thought it in the first place.
I’m calling an exercise I like to make the risk game. Risk is a game, which has the categories and the correct answers are always in the form of a question. This mental game uses questions and create categories (among others) capabilities in reference to things-priming.
(1), Think of something that you want to perform a client.
2) Ask yourself, “What is in the same category?”
(3) For the words to rhyme that you want to reach to client with the thing.
(4) See the ambiguity of what is expected to reach the client.
(5), Think of other things you may be in the same place or with the same people/tools/scenario.
5) Find ways to are things in a conversation.

I spoke with a man on the phone today. He wanted some help with shyness. He called me questions, whether my hypnotic language things that could help him. He said he wanted to able to get emotional States in people when he spoke to them.
This is a cool capability. I mean, everyone has got his aware to a joyful State, for instance-fun can help.
If I a couple of questions, I have the core of it. The man was too shy to talk with people. Is what now, good hypnotic language if he can speak to people in the first place? The hypnotic language skills in the world is not Gong to help better the conversation to him, unless he can have conversations in the first place!
What is the process in mind that comes with this strategy of appearance? It comes as something like…
“I really wish I could speak with this person and get it to light, but I feel enough, not sure to speak with them.” I bet that hypnotic language helps me do. “Maybe I will buy a program on it!”
People are often looking for something on the outside, to change the feeling, they must on the inside. Sometimes it works. But in my experience, it is much faster and better the other way around.
If he had confidence when he thought about the people speak, he would do then is just it. He could do it well, it could be not bad, but he would do it. The leverage point is that the idea immediately to his decision as to whether or not speaking people and the feelings of these thoughts lead to create.
If you, work on yourself or a client, and you work properly at this point in time, where the decisions are taken, is there a good chance you not the maximum leverage to get the problem.

Approximately 98% of advice out there suggests on personal growth, what to do. And in some cases it is useful. If you are more organized, for example want to, it could help, buy an organizer and start your tasks record.
But chances are, if you are currently not well organized, there is a feeling that is to stop you. Many messy people feel overwhelmed, when they think of get organized. NLP & hypnosis offer many tools for changing the feelings and add these feelings on a particular keyword. There is direct stimulation, anchoring, Swish pattern, the new behavior generator, hypnotic metaphor…

After you have built the emotions/behaviors and integrated, you can create more skill.
If you strung emotions, that and you have still no success, you may need some specific advice on what to do. Fortunately, there is a dime a dozen. Just buy a book, or rather read Abby.
